We offer our customers much more than just a great selection of jewelry, we also back up every piece we sell with a full line of services. Our repair facility has multiple expert jewelers, the latest tools, equipment and technology to ensure that they can take care of your jewelry in house. Many repairs are often done same day!

Ring resizing:

As a courtesy to all our customers we will gladly resize any ring, regardless of whether or not it was purchased in our store or at one of our competitors. All of our work is done completely in house by of our expert craftsman. The techniques we use in all of our resizing result in a flawless finish and often done same day.

Prong Repair, Re-Tipping and Stone Tightening:

Keeping your rings looking nice requires regular maintenance, this includes repairing the prongs that hold the stone’s in place. Over time, the tips wear down which can lead to loose fitting stones or even complete loss of a precious diamond. Re-tipping enforces the ring’s structure and repairing the crown will ensure diamonds and gems won’t fall out. All of our repair services are offered in house.

Jewelry Restoration:

Heirloom jewelry pieces see a lot of wear over the years and often require repair and restoration. Our staff specializes in bringing jewelry finishes back to life and to make it look like new. There is no finish that we can not restore or replicate in our shop, as this is a special area of expertise for our craftsmen.

• Hand engraving for restoration is offered if needed
• Finishing can be applied or reapplied such and satin, hammer, sandblast, etc.

Jewelry Cleaning , Polishing & Inspections:

Keeping your jewelry clean and looking great is very important and we offer this as a complementary service to all of our customers. Each of our technicians is highly skilled and trained to be able to thoroughly inspect each piece for structural damage. They will inspect your jewelry looking for any flaws that can be polished out and returned to its original beauty. This is a complementary service we offer to all of costumers whether or not it was purchased in our store.

• We can also re-plate white gold jewelry with Rhodium to make it look like it is brand new again.

Re-Stringing:

If you’d like to change the length of a necklace or if your silk is worn out. JosephK Jewelers offers pearl and bead restringing using only the finest silk thread.

Lifetime Trade-up:

If you wish to upgrade the diamond you purchased from JosephK Jewelers, you will receive the full amount spent on the original diamond towards the purchase of the upgrade. The new diamond must be double the value of the original stone and in original condition, undamaged, unaltered, along with the diamond grading report. Diamond upgrades are sold at original price.

Jewelry Appraisals:

We are proud to offer in house appraisals on jewelry and watches. Our appraisers are GIA accredited, which means you can trust that your appraisal will be accurate. You will also receive a detailed description of the jewelry or watch that can be used for insurance purposes.
