- Carat
How much the diamond weighs. Bigger can mean rarer, but two diamonds of the same weight may look very different based on other factors. - Color
Refers to how colorless the stone is. The less color (closer to “D”), the more light it lets in and the brighter it appears. - Clarity
Every diamond has tiny nature-made features. Clarity grade shows how visible those features are — fewer visible inclusions mean higher value. - Cut
