In stock items ship within 2 to 5 business days.

Custom design, CAD designs, special orders, repairs, and appraisals typically require 2 to 3 weeks to complete before shipping.

All shipped jewelry is fully insured while in transit.

Signature confirmation may be required at our discretion.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
