Return & Exchange Policy
At JosephK Jewelers, many of the pieces we offer are custom-made, made to order, or carefully prepared just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns. That said, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase on eligible items.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- If the exchanged item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange
Non-Refundable& Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-designed jewelry
- CAD designs and design services
- Special orders and made-to-order items
- Repairs and restoration services
- Appraisals
- Engraved or personalized items
Once work has begun or a design has been approved, these items cannot be canceled or refunded.
Additional Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- All exchanges must be approved by JosephK Jewelers prior to processing.
